Should you eat Polymeals?

Today's (Dec 17, 2004) news sites summarizes a review from the British Journal of Medicine, suggesting that people who eat fish, chocolate, nuts and fruits, and drink a glass of wine a day, can reduce their heart disease risk by a factor of three. They dub meals with these ingredients "Polymeals".

Unfortunately (for chocolate, nut and alcohol lovers), this seems to be a joke - they make statements such as "Redundant cardiologists could be retrained as Polymeal chefs and wine advisors"... For more information, please Click Here.
